Business Integration Manager
Job Description
The Business Integration Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing impactful business integration strategies and facilitating investment processes aligning with the organizational goals and responsibilities. S/he must have an engineering background and experience in technical coordination and project management responsibilities. S/he shall work closely with senior leadership, and department heads, and liaison with external partners to implement business integration strategies that drives business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement integrated business systems and processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, head of the departments and all stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate investment processes and coordinate with strategic partners and investors.
- Assist Managing Director in capacity building programs.
- Work closely with engineering and other departments as required by the job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree with strong engineering background.
- Proficient in overseeing engineering studies, surveys and investigation and so on.
- Working knowledge in planning (scope, schedule & budget) & monitoring of projects; screening & evaluation of projects and Contracts Administration & Management.
- Proven experience in business integration and project management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.
