Puspa Raj Wagle is a sociologist with a Master’s degree in Sociology from Tri-Chandra Campus (Tribhuwan University). He started his career as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, and then a Sociologist (Consultant) for Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration in several projects. He has over 15 years of experience solving issues concerned with Land Acquisition Resettlement & Compensation (LARC) and Livelihood Restoration Program (LRP) activities for the social safeguard of the individual & the community affected by the infrastructure development projects. His work has mainly been focused on the sector of Road Transmission Line and Hydropower.
