Prakrity Shrestha has over 15 years of work experience with over 11 years of experience in the banking sector wherein she had exposure to different work fronts of the banking industry. She has over 5 years’ experience in customer service with a focus on customer and investor dealings. She also led different teams in the bank from Banking Operations, Credit, Human Resources and General Administration over the period. She also had the experience working as a Management Consultant with Ace Institute of Management. She is currently heading the Corporate Business department of Urja Developers & group companies, wherein she is responsible for Investor Relations Management, General Administration, and Human Resource Management.
