Qualifications:

✔️ Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
✔️ Minimum of 5 years of proven HR management experience.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
✔️ Ability to handle workplace conflict resolution and employee engagement.
✔️ Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
